IFSEC invited Ila Longani as a panellist for a session on Gender Diversity.

She advised steps to be taken for D&I agenda at 3 different level – Organizational level, Fraternity level and Individual level and how women can address each of the obstacle faced in professional growth and development in the sector.

The fellow panellists  included Leaders and Position holders in the Security & Intelligence industry.
